Hatha Yoga (Sanskrit meaning “force”) practice involves connecting mind, body and breath. Classes are generally 1 hour long and involve a variation of yoga poses, breathing techniques and short relaxation/meditation.

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, reached by guided meditation. It helps develop the skill of triggering your relaxation response to reduce stress and anxiety. Participants lay down or sit in a supported, comfortable position and listen to a guided meditation inducing complete mental, physical and emotional relaxation while maintaining full consciousness. (*No yoga experience necessary*)

– suitable for anyone, anywhere, at any time, regardless of physical mobility

– can be as restorative as sleep and improves sleep quality after class
